We are a inter-denominational worship service on Crystal/Bay Beach in Fort Erie, Ontario. Come dressed for the beach! Bring your own chairs, blankets, beach towels, and other beach gear.
Church on the Beach began in the summer of 2011, and has been attended by more than 25,000 people. More than 200 have made decisions for Christ, and more than 50 have been baptized.
Bill and Diane Hein have owned property at Crystal Beach for many years. Over the years, they often wondered how to use their proximity to the beach to bring hope and encouragement to vacationers, and residents of the Crystal Beach community. After much prayer, and with the help of a few volunteers, they founded Church on the Beach in the summer of 2011.
If you or someone you know is in need of a beach wheelchair during our Church on the Beach service, please contact [email protected] and provide your name, number, email address, and what date you will need the wheelchair and we will let you know if one is available that Sunday!
We’ve obtained 100 umbrellas from The Teacher’s Desk, so don’t let a little rain, drizzle, or intense sunshine keep you from attending!
