Rev. John Cooper Jr. is the Pastor & Executive Director of the Niagara Gospel Mission, a Gospel-centered homeless ministry that serves over 100 men, women, and children in the Niagara Region of New York. Before his work at NGM, John was a sniper in the United States Army (with one combat deployment to Afghanistan). John continues ministering to the military community as host of the Godly Grunt Podcast. He is also the author of The Warfighter’s Catechism.

The Cooper family has roots in the area, dating back to the founding of the city of Niagara Falls. John and his wife, along with their four boys, live in Niagara Falls. John’s passion and the vision for the Niagara Gospel Mission are to see Niagara Falls rebuilt by reviving hearts and rebuilding lives.
