Directions

Planning your visit to Church on the Beach? We’ve outlined three sets of directions to make your trip easy:

Please note: The Town of Fort Erie charges $10 per person for beach access after 9:00 AM. If you arrive before 9:00 AM, beach entry is free.

  1. Take I-190 north and cross the Peace Bridge into Canada.

  2. After clearing customs and paying the toll, continue straight on the QEW heading toward Niagara Falls, Hamilton, and Toronto.

  3. Pass the Concession Road exit and continue on the QEW for about half a mile.

  4. Take the exit on the right for Thompson Road South.

  5. The exit will loop you over the QEW and lead you toward Garrison Road (Highway 3).

  6. At the traffic light at Garrison Road (you’ll see a Wal-Mart on your right), turn right onto Garrison Road (Highway 3).

  7. Continue on Garrison Road for approximately 5.8 miles until you reach Gorham Road (Highway 116). Look for the Gateway Restaurant on the corner.

  8. Turn left onto Gorham Road. You’re now headed directly toward Crystal Beach!

  9. Continue on Gorham Road for 2.7 miles (it will become Ridgeway Road).

  10. At the top of a small hill, you’ll come to a traffic light.

  11. Continue through the light and drive another half mile, then turn right onto Erie Road (Route 11) just past the Tim Hortons.
